1 - Letter of commitment dated and signed by the head of the institution committing to recruit, for a period to be specified, a foreign scientist in an emergency situation and to partially finance his/her reception. Download the sample letter of commitment

2 - RIB of the institution that submitted the application

3 - Visa of the institution's security and defense officer (this is an essential document, without it the application will not be submitted for evaluation)

4 - Budget document. Download the template

5 - Copy of the first two pages of the passport or, failing that, of the identity card of the scientist

6 - Depending on the scientist's situation, any document justifying his/her administrative status in France (visa, residence permit, receipt attesting to an application for asylum, or recognition of refugee status, subsidiary protection, etc.)

7 - Letter from the director of the laboratory that will host the scientist

8 - Detailed resume and list of publications of the scientist

9 - Presentation of the scientist's research project

10 - Personal testimony of the scientist on his/her situation of danger
