The amount will be fixed and indexed to the number of people composing the family unit (single person, couple, family).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=%22color: #000000;%22><br \/><span style=%22color: #333399;%22><strong>Hosting institutions\u2019 eligibility<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #999999;%22><br \/><span style=%22color: #333333;%22>The public institutions under the authority or certified by the Ministry of Culture are eligible to this emergency aid.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=%22color: #000000;%22><br \/><span style=%22color: #333399;%22>Candidate\u2019s eligibility<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #000000;%22><br \/><span style=%22color: #333333;%22>The special call for application for culture PAUSE-Solidarity Ukraine is open to Ukrainian artists and cultural professionals, and other artists and cultural professionals affected by the war in Ukraine.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #333333;%22><br \/><strong>Artists<\/strong> :<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #333333;%22>The artists must prove an artistic activity with a professional process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #333333;%22><strong>Cultural professionals<\/strong> :<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #333333;%22>The professionals must prove a professional activity in the cultural sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=%22color: #000000;%22><br \/><span style=%22color: #333399;%22>Implementation of the special call<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=%22color: #000000;%22><br \/><span style=%22color: #3366ff;%22><strong>Amount of the financial emergency support :<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #000000;%22><br \/><span style=%22color: #333333;%22>An 3-months emergency support is offered to voluntary institutions wishing to host artists and cultural professionals, and their family if necessary. <strong>The amount of the 3-months fixed financial aid is 1.900 euros\/month (5700 euros)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #333333;%22><br \/>This fixed amount can be completed by :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #333333;%22>A <strong>family supplement<\/strong> of 200 euros\/month for a 2-persons family, or of 500 euros\/month for a family of more than two persons.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #333333;%22>A maximum 100-euros <strong>housing subsidy<\/strong> allocated on a case-by-case basis to families without housing solution from the solidarity initiatives that exist on the French territory.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=%22color: #000000;%22><br \/><strong><span style=%22color: #3366ff;%22>Payment conditions of the financial aid<\/span><\/strong> :<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #000000;%22><br \/><span style=%22color: #333333;%22>We recommend the hosting institutions to <strong>provide the financial aid in the form of a grant<\/strong> in order to enable the candidate to benefit for the entire aid for its installation in France. The payment of the financial aid to the institutions will be provided after the actual arrival of the beneficiary in his or her host institution.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=%22color: #000000;%22><br \/><span style=%22color: #3366ff;%22><strong>Documents to provide to apply for this special call<\/strong><\/span> :<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #000000;%22><br \/><span style=%22color: #333333;%22>An application form must be filled <a href=%22https:\/\/candidatures-pause.college-de-france.fr\/index.php\/appel-special-culture-pause-solidarite-ukraine\/%22 style=%22color: #333333;%22><span style=%22color: #3366ff;%22>online<\/span><\/a> by the hosting institution, with the following documents :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=%22text-align: justify;%22>\n<li><span style=%22color: #333333;%22>A letter of commitment from the head of the institution committing to recruit, for a period of three months, the artist of cultural professional;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=%22color: #333333;%22>A RIB of the institution that submitted the application;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=%22color: #333333;%22>A copy of the first two pages of the passport or, otherwise, the identity card of the artist of cultural professional, and of the members of his or her family if necessary;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=%22color: #333333;%22>A detailed CV or portfolio of the artist of cultural professional.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #333333;%22><a href=%22https:\/\/candidatures-pause.college-de-france.fr\/index.php\/appel-special-culture-pause-solidarite-ukraine\/%22 style=%22color: #333333;%22><span style=%22color: #3366ff;%22>Access to the application platform<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #333333;%22><br \/><span style=%22color: #333399;%22>PAUSE\u2019s calls for applications<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #000000;%22><br \/><span style=%22color: #333333;%22><strong>This emergency hosting in France will enable the artist to prepare an application, with his or her host institution, to benefit from the PAUSE program\u2019s support in the context of one of its annual calls for applications<\/strong>. In the context of the PAUSE\u2019s regular procedure, the maximum amount of the financial support offered to the institution wishing to host an artist is 60% of the total budget proposed by the institution.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #333333;%22><br \/>Beyond the artist\u2019s salary, the budget can include a financial aid for the housing, as well as French courses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #333333;%22><br \/>If the candidate is selected during a regular call for applications on the basis of the usual criteria (threat assessment and artistic level), the hosting institutions also have the possibility to retroactively value the financial support they would provide to the artist between the end of the 3-months emergency fund and the beginning of the new contract co-financed by the PAUSE program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #333333;%22><br \/><strong>The next call for applications will open on September 2022<\/strong>. Intermediate evaluation sessions will be held if necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=%22text-align: justify;%22><span style=%22color: #333333;%22><br \/>Please note that cultural professionals are not eligible to PAUSE program\u2019s support in the context of its regular calls for applications. The hosting institutions cannot apply on behalf of the cultural professionals at the end of the 3-months emergency fund. subvention accord\u00e9e sous forme de bourse<\/strong> afin de permettre au(x) candidat(s) de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la totalit\u00e9 de l\u2019aide accord\u00e9e pour leur installation en France.<\/p>\n<p>Le versement de la subvention \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement sera op\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u00e8s l\u2019arriv\u00e9e effective du ou de la b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire au sein de son unit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019artiste de pr\u00e9parer, en lien avec un \u00e9tablissement d\u2019accueil, une candidature au programme PAUSE selon les proc\u00e9dures r\u00e9guli\u00e8res et les crit\u00e8res classiques du programme, sur la base d\u2019un cofinancement.<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de la proc\u00e9dure r\u00e9guli\u00e8re du programme PAUSE, le montant allou\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement projetant d\u2019accueillir un.e artiste est plafonn\u00e9 \u00e0 60% du budget total pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de l\u2019artiste, le budget pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 peut int\u00e9grer une aide au logement ainsi que des cours de FLE.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019accueil auront \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de valoriser de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9troactive les soutiens financiers qu\u2019ils pourraient \u00eatre amen\u00e9s \u00e0 verser \u00e0 l\u2019artiste entre la fin de l\u2019aide d\u2019urgence de trois mois et le d\u00e9but d\u2019un nouveau contrat cofinanc\u00e9 par PAUSE en cas de s\u00e9lection de la candidature dans le cadre d\u2019un appel r\u00e9gulier du programme selon les crit\u00e8res habituels d\u2019\u00e9valuation (s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 de la menace et qualit\u00e9 artistique).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le prochain appel \u00e0 candidatures ouvrira en septembre 2022<\/strong>. Des sessions d\u2019\u00e9valuation interm\u00e9diaires seront dons organis\u00e9es en fonction des besoins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ATTENTION<\/strong> : Les professionnels de la culture ne sont pas \u00e9ligibles au programme PAUSE dans le cadre de ses proc\u00e9dures r\u00e9guli\u00e8res. Leurs \u00e9tablissements d\u2019accueil n\u2019auront pas la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9poser une candidature au programme PAUSE \u00e0 l\u2019issue de ce fonds d\u2019urgence de 3 mois.
